# Add

The **Add** command allows you to grant users or roles access to a ticket channel.

You need the **ManageChannels** permission to use this command.

## Usage

* This command is **only available in ticket channels**.
* **Prefix Only**: This command cannot be used with slash commands.

### Syntax:

* `-add [user]`\
  Grants the specified user access to the ticket channel.
* `-add [role]`\
  Grants the specified role access to the ticket channel.
